In Miami, “licensed” is the whole job

Most of Miami sits under controlled airspace – Miami International, Fort Lauderdale, Opa-locka, and a constant churn of temporary flight restrictions. Flying a drone commercially here without the right FAA authorization isn't a gray area; it's illegal, uninsurable, and a liability the property owner inherits.

Paula Moreno is an FAA Part 107-certified Remote Pilot (licensed since 2022), carries $1M/$2M commercial liability insurance, and can issue a Certificate of Insurance before the shoot – the document your building, hotel, or brokerage almost certainly requires. Her aircraft is FAA-registered for commercial use, and she holds the authorizations to fly where and how the shot demands.

That's the difference between a hobbyist with a drone and a commercial operator you can put on a contract.
